If your reading this you should have somewhat of an understanding of whats going on so...
"I'm a 19 year old college student given the opportunity of a life time, spend 4 months in Italy to learn as much as possible about the culinary traditions the country holds so dear. I enrolled into the Advanced Italian Program at Lincoln Culinary Institute (LCI) in September of 09' and have been taking Advanced Culinary classes in Hartford, Connecticut until November 5th when I'll fly to Italy to begin the second leg of my college career. I'll spend 3 weeks in the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) where I'll get a crash course in Italian cuisine. I'll then be placed in a restaurant as an intern until Mid February when ill be forced to fly back home. I've set up this blog so I can document the entire ordeal and share it with everyone, I hope you enjoy what you read and feel free to send me an e-mail with questions or regards. Grazie a millie"
Yes that is all in the "About Me" on the right side of the page but I needed something to put down, and seeing as this blog wont formally begin until November 5th when I fly out for the beginning of my Italian trip I know you wanted something to read.
So be sure to bookmark this page as it will (hopefully) be updated regularly when the time comes, until then you have to wait as long as I will.
